Refunds and Returns
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Cancelled orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the order has been picked and packed. Returned orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return requests should be made through our website. No returned merchandise will be accepted without authorization. Damage claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Orders returned that are not in like new condition will be sent back to the sender and a refund will not be processed.
All returns must be in new condition and in the original box (if possible).
Refunds will only be processed once we receive the order back in like new condition.
*** Returns can take up to 48 hours to be processed and up to 5 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.
****Orders approved for return must be sent back within 7 days of receiving authorization or the return will not be approved and the order will be returned.
*****Please note it takes 10-14 days to process your refund once the items arrive to us.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order is unable to be delivered, you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees or restocking fees if you wish to cancel the order.
Here at Herron Home Décor, we try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible! With that said, we understand that returning items that don’t work for you as well as you’d hope will happen, so we want to make sure our return policy is easy to follow! SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are shipped UPS from Greensboro, N.C. Cost of shipping will be added to your invoice. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by weight, dimension, and destination of the package.
Customers will be notified if an order is backordered and will have an option to cancel or wait for the order to be filled.
We strive to offer our customers the highest quality items at exceptional values. In our painted items, we make every attempt to ensure our color is consistent, but slight variations may occur. Because our items are handmade, occasionally there are slight variations in the finished size and color.
We do not lend or sell our mailing list.
Our items contain recycled materials.
$35.00 will be added to your account for each occurrence of a returned or stop payment check.
